Due to the perishable nature of our products, please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date for a full refund.
  • Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery may not be eligible for a refund, as preparation and processing may have already begun.
  • Same-day delivery orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • An incorrect item
  • A product in poor condition upon arrival

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer:

  • A replacement product
  • Store credit
  • A full or partial refund

The resolution offered will depend on the nature of the issue.

3. Freshness Guarantee

We strive to deliver fresh and healthy plants, flowers, and greenery products. If you believe the product did not meet reasonable freshness standards upon delivery, please notify us within 24 hours and provide photographic evidence for review.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
  • Recipient unavailable at the delivery address
  • Delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • Natural variations in plant size, flower bloom stage, color shades, or seasonal availability
  • Requests submitted more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the overall quality or health of the product

5. Return Policy

Due to the perishable and sensitive nature of plants and floral products, returns are generally not accepted.

In exceptional circumstances, Melora Greens by Progress Garant General Trading LLC may request the return of a product before processing a refund or replacement.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Most refunds are completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
